Return Policy

Cubikai Furniture Returns

Cubikai Furniture is eligible for return within 30 days of the receipt of the order and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned product at their own expense. Shipping fees paid are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days from confirmed receipt date. Read below for details regarding returning damaged or defective Furniture.

FURNITURE RETURNS: DAMAGES + DEFECTS

If your product arrives with damage, contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you. We allow 5 business days from receipt of goods to honor claims of damage, so be sure to review your shipment upon receipt.

If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will replace furniture items under our Warranty Policy at no cost to you. See our Warranty Policy for details on initiating a claim.
