To place a return please contact our team via email (info@cubikai.com.au) or give us a ring on 1300 96 66 40 within 30 days of receiving your Cubikai order. Our team will happily assist you with the return (if applicable) and issue your refund in the same form of payment the purchase was made. For more details on our Return Policies please read below.

Return Policy

Cubikai Furniture Returns
 
  • Cubikai Furniture is eligible for return within 30 days of the receipt of the order and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the returned product at their own expense.
  • Shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
  • All refunds will be processed within 10 business days from confirmed receipt date.

FURNITURE RETURNS: DAMAGES + DEFECTS

If your product arrives with damage, contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you. We allow 5 business days from receipt of goods to honor claims of damage, so be sure to review your shipment upon receipt.

If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will replace furniture items under our Warranty Policy at no cost to you. See our Warranty Policy for details on initiating a claim.
